Project Communications

We may communicate with you by phone, email, forms, client portals, website review links, invoices, or text message to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, provide quotes, send project updates, deliver support, manage billing, and support active client relationships.

Mobile Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive text messages from Disame Graphics, you agree to receive recurring SMS or MMS messages related to your inquiries, consultations, project updates, appointment reminders, service notifications, payment or portal notices, and support communications.

Work outside the agreed scope may require additional approval and fees.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, content, images, approvals, account access, and payment information needed for your project. You confirm that materials you provide may legally be used for your website or project. You are responsible for reviewing previews, invoices, terms, and project details before approving or paying.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, completed client deliverables are transferred according to the applicable proposal, invoice, or agreement after required payments are received. Disame Graphics may retain rights to internal tools, templates, processes, concepts not selected, pre-existing materials, reusable components, admin systems, and operational workflows.

No Guaranteed Results

We work to provide high-quality web, SEO, hosting, and digital services, but we do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, sales results, platform approvals, uptime, lead volume, or business outcomes unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
